Causeit's Principal, MJ Petroni, will be facilitating an interactive PurpleBeach Talking Heads session on the future of leadership and teams. We'll be going through an exploration of feedback loops in three important pillars (teams, clients and industry) and then will collaborate in breakout groups for a quick challenge: how can you create a useful, cost-effective and sustainable feedback loop in under 90 days?

PurpleBeach is a forum which encourages diversity of thinking and promotes the topic of people innovation. Accepting that innovation in business is underpinned by people, PurpleBeach acts as catalyst for change. The forum was founded by Annemie Ress, former Global Head of People Innovation at eBay. MJ is a contributor to the PurpleBeach ecosystem, having both spoken and facilitated at the first large-scale PurpleBeach London experience. A cyborg anthropologist by training, he has mixed his love for both humans and technology into Causeit, Inc, a San Francisco-based people innovation firm, which he launched in 2006. At Causeit, he manages a team of ten who work on creating robust innovation ecosystems of aligned teams, engaged clients and collaborative industry events for leading global companies.
How do I register?
To sign up to the system you need to:
1. Go to Purplebeach.powerblitz.net
2. Register using your email and adding a personal password.
Once you register for the event online you will receive, via email:
• your unique phone number to dial (it is a US-based number)
• your unique pass-code to use on the day, on your allotted time.
If you can, do spend a few moments to create your mini-profile online and upload a photograph. This will facilitate the networking and enable to “put a face to a name”!
During the event, please ensure you have access to a computer (or a PDA with wireless access) to view the pictures and bios of the participants in the event! You will need to be logged into www.aquitude.net.
