The mental models of remote work are not the same as working in person. We need to change what we do day to day, of course, but we also need to "unlearn" our thinking about accountability, synchronizing and managing projects, and how to meaningfully meet with each other and our customers. If we just swap desks for kitchen tables without changing how we think, we'll endanger our companies and our teams. Yet, ultimately, crises that force us to reconsider on-location work are also opportunities to up our 'digital fluency' and network our teams.
You'll leave this interactive session with the outline of key communications for your stakeholders and direct reports.
